New Arrival: +1 book
Jul. 17th, 2021 09:23 pmWell, friends, we've gone from +3 books, to +2 books, to +1 book...so this is a positive trend, right? A good sign?
Let's all take a moment to pretend that number won't start climbing right back up, like the Chartreuse Buzzards song (OHHHH look, one has REEEEturned).
Today's acquisition is another of my library holds, Gathering Moss, by Robin Wall Kimmerer. And I think I placed this hold even after I started this blog. As I have said, on this blog and elsewhere, everyone should read her book Braiding Sweetgrass. I have not read her other book, Gathering Moss, yet, because it's about moss. But I am confident that Kimmerer can make me care about moss or anything else in the natural world.
